assalamuallaikum... ngelanjutin postingan sebelumnya yang 'up fisiologi pmbs1 bag.1' sekarang masuk ke bagian yang kedua, yaitu mengenai 'ergograf'.
apa itu ergograf? keju? oh itu keju kraft. #apasihhhhhhhhh

ergograf adalah sebuah alat, alat? alat apa? 
alat untuk potong sapiiiiiiiiiiiiiii *suara imut*. salah! itu keju kraft lagi *brb ngambil keju*
ergograf itu sebuah alat yang digunakan dalam percobaan ini, ya iyalah...judul percobaannya aja udah ergograf #abaikan
jadi, cara mainya itu, nanti jari kita...................................................................... oke, ngerti kan? (maap ya, yang mau dibahas tentang ototnya, bukan si ergografnya jadi gue lewatin aja ya, pokoknya kalo ditanya ergrogaf itu apa, bilang aja alat untuk ngiket jari *sarap*) kasih dikit aja deh ya, ergograf kalo di laboratirum kampus gue warnanya hijau *gak penting banget*.
ergograf itu alat untuk mengetahui tentang kerja otot kita biasanya jari tangan, sekian.

untuk percobaan kali ini kita akan membahas tentang otot.
apa itu otot? otot adalah spesialis kontraksi tubuh. otot sendiri dibagi tiga, ada otot rangka, otot polos, dan otot jantung.

nah dalam percobaan ini kita akan mengenal istilah kerja steady state, apa itu?
steady state adalah suatu keadaan yang konstan, suatu keadaan yang pas. kalo gue mengartikannya seperti itu.
terus nanti kalo otot kita mulai capek, lelah, letih, lesu, apa yang dapat kita lakukan?
massage!!! iya massage, itu loh kalo sms-an. massage terkirim (itu message -___-) kalo behasa gaulnya itu pijat. selain pijat? istirahat dong.

oke, gue ngantuk. ngantuk banget. gue tiba-tiba terserang rasa ngantuk yang amat sangat padahal masih ada satu lagi, sebelum gue bener-bener ketiduran gue minta maaf atas kekurangan dalam tulisan ini. kalo gak ada yang baca, seenggaknya gue minta maaf pada diri sendiri dan Allah SWT
